In this world, words can crush but silence can kill. You can either use words to heal a broken heart or shred it into pieces. But sometimes, silence can convey what a thousand words can’t.
It was silence that Prophet Yaqoob (Jacob) peace be upon him, resorted to, when he came to know that his beloved son was snatched away from him. He didn’t yell or scream. He chose silence and patience (Fasabrun jameel..it was beautiful patience). It’s the same patience that can move mountains for you.
People can take your silence as your weakness. They can mock at your patience all they want.
But remember the words of your Lord, “So wait *patiently* for the command of your Fosterer, for you are certainly before Our Eyes.” (Glorious Quran: Chapter 52: Verse 48)
You may be a “nobody” in this world, but you are *the* special slave to Him. What a blessing !! :))
